Getting a Spring Look

For those of you who do not know, I am a Mary Kay consultant. I absolutely LOVE what Mary Kay has done for my skin, but I also get that many of you looking at cosmetics it is for the color. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you need to be more concerned about caring for your largest organ. However, because of your desire to know more about color, I have decided to run a weekly series where I will find a picture that shows a look and then I will show you how it looks on me!

Shall we get started? I chose a very spring look this week. I also went with a look that really accentuates brown eyes. *This look is on sale until Saturday, March 28.*

I only selected a look for my eyes and then complimented it with Pink Passion lipstick and Shy Blush mineral powder blush.

Okay ... let's start with the eyes!

1. Apply the Espresso on the outside corner of your eye, on the lid only.

2. Apply the Hazelnut on the mid part of the lid and then up to the brow line. Blend with the Espresso.

3. Put Glistening Gold on the inside corner of your eye and then blend into your darker browns.

4. Using the smudge brush, smudge the Sweet Plum into your lower eyelashes.

5. Apply black gel eyeliner (one of my all time FAVORITE products) just above the eyelashes on the top only.

6. Finally, finish your eyes off with a couple coats of the Ultimate Mascara in black.

Now to finish off your look!

7. Apply Shy Blush on your cheeks.

8. Line your lips with the Neutral Lip Liner and then Pink Passion for the complete look.
